Jupiter Luxembourg S.à r.l. Announces Appointment of CEO

LUXEMBOURG, September 12, 2017 – Jupiter Luxembourg S.à r.l. (“Jupiter”), a Luxembourg-based investment company affiliated with Bock Capital Investors, a Luxembourg-based growth private equity firm investing in growing private companies throughout Europe, today announced the appointment of Peter Nicklin as Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter.

Mr. Nicklin most recently served as a consultant, providing strategic and operational guidance to a number of medical technology and biopharmaceutical companies in Europe and the United States. He earlier served as Corporate Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East and Africa during eight years with medical equipment provider Baxter International. Prior to Baxter, Mr. Nicklin was Global Head of Strategy and Business Development and Head of Asia Pacific at Bayer Healthcare. In addition, he held leadership positions at Novartis and served in numerous roles within Bristol-Myers Squibb and medical device provider Zimmer, including Vice President and General Manager, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He began his career with PwC in London. Mr. Nicklin received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Finance and Law from the University of Lancaster.
